General Terms and Conditions

Registration Fee: Upon registration, a registration fee of €10.00 will be charged.

Tuition Fee: The tuition fee is based on annual enrollment. We have taken into account public holidays and school vacations in the price calculation. The annual membership costs are divided equally over 12 months.

Automatic Payment: If you have opted for automatic debit, the membership fee will be collected on the 1st of each month. If you wish to cancel the direct debit, you have 30 days to instruct your bank to reverse the transaction and send an email to info@clubkops.nl stating the reason for reversal.

Outstanding Payments: The collection of overdue membership costs will incur an administration and/or collection fee of €6.00.

Adjustment: The membership fee includes VAT and is subject to annual adjustments.

Holidays: There will be no training sessions on official holidays and during all primary school vacations. This has already been taken into account in the price calculation of the membership. Personal holidays, including summer vacations, are at your own risk.

Illness: In case of illness, there is a one-month waiting period. In the event of prolonged illness, the tuition fee can be temporarily paused.

Termination: The membership period is automatically extended by one month, unless terminated in writing with a notice period of one full month. Termination by email will be confirmed at info@clubkops.nl.

Please note: These general terms and conditions apply to all agreements between Club Kops and its members. By using our services and products, you agree to these terms and conditions.
